Heli Box 50 Disposable Helium Balloon Gas Cylinder
Large helium cylinders will inflate approximately:
- 50 × 9″ latex balloons
- 25 × 11″ latex balloons
- 20 × 12″ latex balloons
- 22 × 18″ foil balloons
Float times:
- Latex balloon float time – up to 5–7 hours
- Foil float time – up to 1 week
Float time can be affected by brand or quantity of balloons.
Heli Box 50 Pallet Option
Heli Box 50 is light and extra convenient, with 90 units per pallet compared to 48 old size cylinders. This saves on storage, optimises retail space, reduces delivery costs, and includes multi-language instructions, making it ideal for export.

- 16 × 11″ latex balloons
- 12 × 12″ latex balloons
- 14 × 18″ foil balloons
Float times:

Inflating balloons is simple
No prior experience or training is required. Simply turn the valve, tilt the nozzle, and gently apply pressure to release helium gas slowly into the connected balloon.
How do I dispose of the empty cylinder?
Ensure the cylinder is empty before disposal. Outdoors, open the valve completely by turning the handle anticlockwise to make sure there is no residual pressure in the cylinder.
Do not leave unattended during this procedure. Leave the valve open and pierce the cylinder bursting disc before disposal. The steel cylinder can be recycled at your local civic amenity site or tip. Please do not put it out with your household rubbish.
